Regina is 16 year old; she lives in Ofaakor, a small community within Kasoa. Blue is her favorite color. She is in SHS1 (senior high school) at Nsaba Presbyterian Secondary School. Her dream is to become an Attorney. English is her favorite subject. She likes singing and reading. Regina lives with both of her parents. Her father is crippled and her mother trades in tomatoes. The parents of Regina cannot afford to pay her school and lunch fees. Regina goes without a balanced meal most days. She doesn’t like disturbing her parents for feeding money as the family sacrifices a lot in struggling to keep her in boarding school. Benedicta is from a remote village in Ghana-Asenkyen near Agogo, Ashanti region. She is five years old and pink is her favorite color. Benedicta’s mother left her at 8-months old in the care of her father, Nana Yaw Osei Barimma. Her father was unemployed when her mother abandoned the two of them. After not being able to find work and care for Benedicta, he left her with a neighbor in 2017 (she was 3-years old)and never returned. With seven kids of her own, the neighbor “auntie Alma” could no longer provide for Benedicta; she was later placed in an orphanage. After 6-months of being at the orphanage, her grandmother (father’s mother) came for her but her grandmother died after having Benedicta for one year. She grew very close to her grandmother because no one had ever shown her so much love. After her grandmother died, Benedicta found herself with another neighbor “auntie Acosa”. Benedicta is currently being shifted around from neighbor to neighbor. She doesn’t have a stable home. Benedicta is seeking sponsorship to help provide a stable living condition. The orphan in which she was removed has non occupancy. Please be the angel sent from above to help Benedicta!

Davis is 10-years old; he lives in Weija with his mother. David’s mother is a single mom and unemployed. David doesn’t know his father personally but has seen him once. David struggles mentally due to the level of poverty he and his mother experiences. His mother struggles to care for him; she sells local plantain and pineapple to earn food for them to eat daily. Her monthly salary sometimes doesn’t reach $25. David and his mother sleeps many of nights without food. Please help David to prevent malnutrition. Victoria is 11 years old; she is in class six 6 at a public school in Ofaakor, a small community near Kasoa. She lives with both of her parent and is the younger sister to Regina. Victoria has a big heart for helping others and dreams to one day become a nurse. Her favorite subject in school is science and she really enjoys reading.

Victoria’s parent’s really struggles to pay her older sister’s school fees and sometimes can not find extra for her lunch fees even in the public school. The public schools are are not the best (90-students to 1-teacher) but Victoria is excited to attend daily with PRAYERS that one day she will be able to become that nurse that she dreams of becoming.
